In Early June, the members send in their book suggestions for the coming year with titles, author, and a brief description . A list is compiled and at the June meeting the book choices will be selected as well as the associated months/hostess.
Over the years, certain guidelines have been established for a possible book choice
-
- the book should have been read by the person who selected it
- preferably to be out in paperback, but some exceptions will be made
- preferably to be available in the public library
- reasonable number of pages (as an example: not 800 pages long)
Please feel free to suggest more than one book!
